1, Q: Does Admate Displays accept Small Orders?
A: Yes, Small / Test orders are welcomed in our company! Since we are always trying our best to support our client’s business.
2, Q: Do you accept OEM project as well?
A: Yes, OEM order is welcomed in Admate Displays and we have lots of successful experiences in doing OEM projects.
3, Q: What about the production time / delivery time?
A: It will depend on the order. Typically standard products / small orders will be delivered within 10-25 days, but the actual production time will depend on your orders. Please enquire our sales representatives for more information.
4, Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Normally we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, Western Union, etc.
5, Q: Which way do you ship? Do you ship worldwide?
A: The goods can be shipped by Express, by Air or by Sea which will depend on your demand. Worldwide shipping service are availble. Normally it will take 5-7 days by Express/Air, and 25-35 days by Sea.
6, Q: How can I submit my artwork for printing?
A: You can send the graphic artwork to us via email or online transfer link.
7, Q: How can I become your exclusive dealer?
A: Well, we’d say it will depend on different regions / markets, please consult our sales representatives for more details.
